CIS International LLC is a Puerto Rico-based consulting, outsourcing, and training services company with more than 15 years of experience. We support customer needs across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, food and beverage, manufacturing, and other industries in Puerto Rico, USA, and abroad.

Our core service areas are engineering, quality, and environmental health and safety (EHS). We also provide research and development services to inventors for product commercialization and serve as a talent development and internship center.

Our Founder and President

Dr. Carlos Conde

Dr. Carlos Conde holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry with a minor in math and a PhD in physical chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in the scientific and pharmaceutical fields, he developed an innovative consulting business model to meet companies’ emerging needs. He founded Conde InduServices Corp. in 2010 to offer his expertise to health-related industries and technology development.

Today, the company has multiple expert consultants to offer solutions for industry demands. Furthermore, he is an industry leader in implementing Quality by Design (QbD) and Process Analytical Technologies (PAT) in manufacturing to achieve Real Time Release Testing.
